OpenCFD offer support packages for OpenFOAM to large engineering corporations, consultants and academic institutions:

Level 1: CFD User Support, comprising of:

• Support for the installation of OpenFOAM;
• Advice on the general operation of executables supplied within the OpenFOAM;
• Assistance with setting up and running computational fluid dynamics calculations using OpenFOAM.
• This package does not include support for programming in OpenFOAM, but can be upgraded to the Level 2 package to include it.

Level 2: CFD Developer Support, including in addition to Level 1:

• Modification of applications and libraries supplied with OpenFOAM;
• Advice and assistance on using the OpenFOAM libraries to program new applications and libraries for use within OpenFOAM;
• Early access to new versions of OpenFOAM before public release;
• Admission of developments of general interest into the OpenFOAM release to ensure their continued maintenance (unless agreed otherwise).

Please note that, while OpenCFD provide OpenFOAM free of charge, we do not provide free support. OpenFOAM is a commercial product funded by OpenCFD through profits from development and support contracts. It receives no public funding.
