OpenCFD produce the OpenFOAM open source CFD toolbox and
documentation and distribute it through this web site and Sourceforge. OpenCFD
provides contracted development and support for users of OpenFOAM.
OpenCFD was established in 2004 to coincide with the release of its
OpenFOAM software under general public licence. The company was founded by
Henry Weller, the creator of OpenFOAM and its chief developer from inception to
the present day. The team assembled at OpenCFD each have 10-20 years of
experience in CFD, and have supplied development and support services for
OpenFOAM to various organisations including:
Fluid Technology, Icon-CG, The Technology
Partnership.
